Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and Africore Lab ("Company", "we", "us") governing your access to and use of the Gliiz AI platform (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Gliiz AI is a cloud-based social media management and AI marketing platform that allows users to:

• Create and schedule social media content across multiple platforms
• Connect third-party social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, WhatsApp) via official OAuth APIs
• Generate AI-powered marketing copy, creatives, and visual content
• Automate content publishing and community management workflows
• Access analytics and performance metrics from connected platforms

To use the Service you must:

• Be at least 16 years of age (or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction)
• Provide accurate, complete, and current registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Promptly notify us of any unauthorized access at servicescm.pro@gmail.com

The Service integrates with external social media platforms through their official APIs. By connecting a platform, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You must comply with each platform's own Terms of Service and Community Guidelines (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, WhatsApp Business)
• We act as an authorized third-party tool operating within the permissions you explicitly grant
• We only request the minimum necessary API permissions for the features you choose to use
• Platform access may be revoked by you at any time from your account settings
• Platform providers may change or restrict their APIs, which may affect Service functionality beyond our control
• Content you publish via the Service is subject to the receiving platform's policies
• We comply with Meta's Platform Policy, TikTok for Developers terms, LinkedIn API Terms of Use, and WhatsApp Business API policies

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

• Publish spam, mass unsolicited messages, or manipulative engagement tactics
• Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party platform policy
• Infringe intellectual property rights of any person or organization
• Distribute malware, phishing content, or any form of malicious code
• Impersonate individuals, organizations, or public figures
• Harass, threaten, or abuse any individual
• Circumvent, disable, or interfere with security features of the Service
• Scrape, crawl, or extract data from the Service through automated means
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code
• Share account credentials with unauthorized parties

Paid plans are billed on a monthly or annual basis via Stripe.

• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date
• All charges are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated
• Price changes will be communicated at least 30 days in advance
• You may upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time — changes take effect at the next billing cycle
• Accounts with failed payments will be suspended after a grace period of 7 days
• Annual plans cancelled mid-term are not eligible for prorated refunds unless required by applicable law

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Key points:

• We process your data to provide and improve the Service
• Social platform data (analytics, DMs, comments) is processed on your behalf as a data processor
• We do not sell your personal data to third parties
• We comply with GDPR (EU/EEA users) and applicable data protection laws
• Data processing agreements (DPA) are available upon request for Enterprise customers

We target 99.5% monthly uptime for the Service. However:

• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Service
• Scheduled maintenance will be communicated with at least 24 hours notice when possible
• Third-party API outages (social platforms, AI providers) are outside our control
• We are not liable for losses resulting from Service unavailability beyond our reasonable control

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Africore Lab and its officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages
• Loss of revenue, profits, data, or business opportunities
• Damages resulting from third-party platform policy changes or API disruptions
• Unauthorized access to your account that is not attributable to our negligence
• AI-generated content that is inaccurate, inappropriate, or results in platform penalties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will meet your specific requirements or that results obtained from AI features will be accurate, complete, or suitable for any purpose.

Either party may terminate the relationship under these Terms:

• You may cancel your account at any time from your account settings or by contacting us
• We may suspend or terminate your account for material breach of these Terms
• We may terminate the Service with 30 days notice if we discontinue it
• Upon termination, your right to access the Service ceases immediately
• Sections on Intellectual Property, Limitation of Liability, and Disputes survive termination

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction of Africore Lab's principal place of business. Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration or the competent courts of the applicable jurisdiction.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or prominent in-app notice at least 14 days before taking effect. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes your acceptance. If you do not agree to updated Terms, you must stop using the Service before the changes take effect.
